We’ve recently noticed a change in the “Your Assigned Work” button on the home page. Previously, this quick link worked exactly as intended, showing only open submittals that required action. Now, however, it’s also displaying closed submittals, which creates unnecessary clutter and confusion — for example, my home page currently shows 9 submittals under “Your Assigned Work,” but non of them are actually open. In some of our projects, team members are seeing 50+ items under "your assigned work" when only 2–3 are truly active. This change makes it harder to quickly identify and address real tasks, slows workflows, and reduces the feature’s usefulness. Restoring the original functionality — excluding closed submittals — would return this tool to its intended purpose and greatly improve efficiency for teams managing large volumes of work.
