It would be really cool if eTransmit worked exactly the same on ACC as it does when not on ACC. That's all. It is very common to need to send a Revit Model with all the linked CAD/images and an option to purge content including views and sheets. You know, just like eTransmit but on ACC.
It would be great if perhaps the Transmittal tool had that implemented, so that what we transmitted was a purged set of files. It could then save that version in just the transmittal tool. Perhaps the version could be like Version 132.1 or something like that so that you knew it was a copy... purged, less full version of version 132. And that version of the file could only be found in the Transmittals tool. Just a thought to add to this great idea!
@Ric_Weber I agree 100%. The options in eTransmit need to be added as part of the Transmittal module on ACC. This way we can create a package of all the pertinent information and then turn it into a Transmittal for distribution to the client or whomever.
