Bid breakdown line items that apply across all scopes must currently be recreated in each individual Scope-Specific Bid Form. There is no way to create shared line items once and apply them across multiple bid forms.
We need the ability to create a Line Item (or set of line items) once and have it apply to all relevant scope-specific Bid Forms to eliminate duplicate entry, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
