It would be helpful if a notification could be sent again for overdue tasks. It often happens that the status is forgotten to be adjusted due to the large number of tasks. It also often happens that tasks are overlooked. This would be an important functionality for the use of the ACC
Hi! I was looking for some info on Issues and saw your post. You may already have something in place since your post but a good option we found for reminding folks of overdue Issues was to do a scheduled report. You can create different reports depending on status but could have an Issues summary that only has overdue items. Could be all or filtered to specific type(s). Schedule could be set to send to specific companies or roles. Hope this helps in the interim!
