For the DNU list, it would be helpful for our team to be able to view the DNU list but not be able to add/remove. It would only be admin who adds and removes.
For the preferred list, there is no way to get a list of the subs the company has selected. Just by trade. Would like to be able to pull up a list since multiple people can add.
Can I ask for some elaboration on what the expected behaviour of the system is. Are you expecting to Mark a subcontractor as preferred or DNU in TradeTapp and have that show in the bidding workflow?
In the meantime, I would recommend setting a sub to "Denied" as their qualification status if they are not to be used and also you can use the summary notes on the qualification status to annotate if a subcontractor is preferred.
No, not tradeapp. The DNU list is under the office on building connected. I want to manage the list for our office and not give other users access to add and remove. As well as the preferred list. This list shows up when precon managers are building their bid invite but there is no way to see the full list just by trade. We would like to manage the list as well since anyone in the office can add to the list.
The option to prefer a company only appears above on the invite bidders pop-up and there is no way to manage this separately.
Also, the pop-up option to select "Preferred for:" a company for each of their work performed only comes from the invite bidders screen above. Please add the functionality to "Prefer" a company from their company profile, shown below (circles for potential suggested locations), with the added functionality of the above "Preferred for:" checklist.
