When external collaborators submit a Change Order (CO) in Autodesk Build, they are required to select a recipient from a dropdown list. On large projects, this list can include dozens—sometimes even hundreds—of team members. Currently, the list only displays name and email address, which makes it difficult for external users to determine the correct recipient for their CO submission.
Request: Add a third data point to the recipient dropdown list showing each user’s role(s) in the project.
