Description to be added in reference section for the forms in assets.

Is it possible to add the description onto the reference page where you click onto the form. Just so you know what form you are clicking onto.

Please take a look for examples (snips) attached. Description is available in the assets section for the form but not in the reference page where the forms are listed and attached. for Idea Forum ACC support.png
