ACC developers have preconfigured a number of issue types. These are marked by a locked symbol within ACC. We have deactivated all preconfigured issue types and have built our own.
The issue all of our projects are facing is the preconfigured issue types still show within the issue home page filter even though no issues were generated from these types.
The system needs to be adjusted to only reflect the current issue types applied to the project to remove all confusion by project teams.
