Default CC people in cost when sending contracts/invoices/etc.

1. Each time we send a contract we have to manually CC people and remember to do that.
2. We want to be able to set default people for the CC line so we only have to set this up once.
3. If we forget to CC someone on a contract, we don’t get the information we need to people that need it and it slows workflows.
4. We are manually copying people.

This issue came up for us today in Cost Payment Applications. We can set the default email message which we love, but boy howdy if we could set the default CC ....   imagine how much more efficient we could be. Would love to upload this 10Xs. Thanks,
