Customize the notification email

The current notification email is set by default. The customer would like to customize it with template.

We agree with this request. It would be beneficial to be able to add in our company logo etc. to the Template.

Yes this would be very helpful. 

A custom message would help, and ideally allowing attachments to be sent such as a customers 'ACC User Guide' and procedures would work well.
