It is important to be able to use your own template for creating (Issue-) reports. In Germany, Issue Reports from the client to the contractor must contain certain components, such as a clear request to the contractor to correct the defect.
For example, you could use a PDF with predefined form fields as a template, which would then be filled in automatically. Similar to the PDF forms in Autodesk Build.
