I believe it would be really helpful if users could create a transmittal from files in multiple packages. Currently such a feature is not available. Once a transmittal is created from files in one package, other files from other packages cannot be added to that transmittal.
Alternatively, if we had an option to create a package which could combine files from multiple other packages, it would also help with creating that combined transmittal.
