Cost Payment Application Ball in Court tracked in the workflow steps in the flyout - similar to Contracts
Cost payment applications need the same workflow steps as Contracts. We need to send documents aka lien waivers out for signature after the amount submitted by supplier has been accepted. unless I'm doing something wrong?
The reason they don't have the same is because currently there is no status on cost pay apps like 'Executed' which we have for Contracts and Change Orders
After Accepted we only have Approved and i don't think the signature would be the means for approval so would mean a complete new status which isn't so straightforward. Open to suggestions
