We have Budget Codes that are non-billable, that we do not want to pull into the main contract. It would be beneficial to have a Non-Billable "Scope" to select that would allow us to incur cost to the budget code, but not show in the Main Contract.
We also need a Scope for Budget Codes that have Budgets, but will not have any Subcontracts, SCO's or RFQ's (removes the Cost Status) but it is a Budget that only incurs expenses against it. So, "Budget + Expenses". Example, all of our Equipment budget codes we never write subcontracts, SCO's or RFQ's. When we create a PCO that includes Equipment cost we have to manually change the cost items that have Equipment to "Budget Only" since we will never be issuing a SCO to the budget code. This closes out the PCO. I need for a way to set a default scope to one that will not allow SCO's (Cost Status) but will allow expenses to hit the Budget Code.
