Cost Management - Internal vs External Custom Attributes
Please provide the option to enable certain Cost Management custom attributes to be accessible for external users (users with Collaborate permissions).
Use case: allow for someone submitting a cost pay application to enter the joint check payee information directly against the cost pay application.
