We would like to be able to change the correspondence type after an email has been uploaded or change the type if the title of the type is in the email subject to auto change the type to match. This is when using the project email not manually uploading emails or creating emails in ACC.
When you send an email from Outlook, it is saved in ACC without being to classify it within the types created in the project and the email after that , the type cann´t be edited to be able to classify it.
This is a crucial addition. If they are using the correspondence types when coming from ACC, they should be able to alter the type when using the project email address. Otherwise, it negates having the types since you can't filter for all "Quote" or "Schedule" emails.
@autodesk - This is like packaging Microsoft paint and selling it as Photoshop. Please add this basic and fundamental ability to change email types after sending from outlook to the project email.
