Comments on meeting items

Comments on meetings items is missed by users. This is possible for issues, RFI's+++ This is also needed for meeting items.

Agree, we need to be able to comment on Meeting items as a user. Solution is not to create an Issue, then we have the Item on TWO places.. If you have a way of commenting Meeting items would help alot.

I agree with this idea. There should be some form of controlled commentary.

• All meeting attendees should have the ability to add comments to Items, even if the Item is not assigned to them.
• And any comments added by the Item Assignee should be prioritised (pinned/segmented) to the top of the item comments list.

Also, could this concept also be tied into the Correspondence tool, including synced Statuses between correspondence and meeting item.
