When setting up an RFI workflow we often have an architecture firm who would like two people listed as Reviewers but they don't intend to have both review, its one or the other. When you include 2 individuals in the workflow, it doesn't advance until both parties respond or the RFI manager steps in and manually advances, answering on behalf of the non-respondent (I think). It would be great if there was a way to set it up where only 1 of the individuals included as Reviewers needed to review before it advances to the next step.
