Closing out Forms after employee leaves the company
I would like to suggest anyone with access to the Forms under a project, should be able to go in there and Submit the form after an employee leaves the company. That employee no longer has access, so who is able to cover for that employee and close out all their open items? Thank you.
In Procore there is an option to replace one user wit another one. This option was was developed for exactly this case.
We use company or role instead of user as responsible party wherever we can, so we do not waste time with replacing user is user left company, moved to another project, is on extended leave etc. Please implement this.
