Change "Project Files" folder name to "Docs"

Change "Project Files" folder name to "Docs"

The Autodesk Desktop Connector virtual file path name for Autodesk Docs is VERY long and contributes to maximum file path name violations.  It would be helpful change the top level ACC Docs folder name from "Project Files" to just "Docs".

Our company hub name is only 4 characters and my personal company user id is only 5 characters which is shorter than most, but by the time "Project Files" is reached in the file path name over 50 characters have been used.  Not to mention that spaces count as 3 characters for maximum file path.  Example Autodesk Docs virtual file path below:

C:\Users\userid\DC\ACCDocs\HubName\Project_Name\Project Files

It would be a step in the right direction to reduce the top level folder name from 13 (technically 15 with the space) characters to just 4 characters.  Every little bit helps!

Since Docs is its own location on ACC which also contains the "Project Files" folder, I don't think it would make sense to rename it to also be Docs.

As you can see in the above image, both Docs and Files are already represented, which are the two names that would make the most sense for it, in my opinion. It might work if the file path is called one thing on the Desktop Connector and called something else on ACC, but I feel like that may also lead to confusion.

Yes to shorter folder name, but I'm curious what other names would better fit.

Is the display of "Project Files" even necessary?

It's not like we can add other folders alongside it at the project's top level.

I agree, the folder/file path restriction causes so many problems.  We try to keep our folder names short, but even so, we reach the limit.  Please reduce. Every little bit helps.

If the word "Docs" is confusing due to the Docs modules, even "Files" can be better than "Project Files".

I agree with @MOR-ConorMacken. That folder is completely unnecessary, at least for the end user, since you can't create an additional folder at that top level. It adds an extra couple of clicks when navigating to your DWG in File Explorer or the Autocad file open dialog.

Make the project name itself the top level folder.
