Problem Statement
During project close-out we must deliver weekly “as-built” document packages that include all published markups on PDFs. Under the current Handover workflow:
Only Sheets support markup export; Files do not.
The former Settings-based As-Built export (which did include file markups) has been removed.
Our workaround is to multi-select every file inside each folder and export them one batch at a time.
Complex projects often contain dozens of nested folders; repeating this process weekly is labour-intensive, error-prone, and delays client communication.
This manual effort consumes billable hours, introduces risk of missing markups, and undermines the promise of a streamlined ACC Handover.
Idea / Feature Request
Add a “Bulk Export with Markups” option to both Handover Packages and the As-Built export dialog that:
Operates at Project or Folder scope – retaining the original folder hierarchy in the ZIP output.
Includes all published markups (text, call-outs, stamps, photos, issue links, etc.) on every file type currently supported for single-file export.
Offers Granular Filters to limit package size when needed.
Supports saved export presets so teams can repeat weekly deliveries with one click.
Generates an export log summarising total files, files with markups, and any failures.
