When reviewing a subcontractor’s history on a project, it's helpful that we can see if they’ve viewed the invite, downloaded files, and interacted with the bid package. However, one key element is missing: the ability to see messages that have been sent to the bidder.
It would be extremely useful to have all communications linked directly to the bidder’s activity log, so we can easily reference what information was shared, when, and by whom. This would improve transparency, reduce duplicate outreach, and help track engagement more effectively.
