In Building Connected Pro, it would be helpful if the Excel spreadsheet (called the Bidder Status Sheet) to which Bidder List data is exported were formatted in a better, cleaner way. Currently, the Excel file that is produced is unformatted. However, there is sometimes a need to produce this comprehensive Bidder List for each Bid Package. Therefore, if someone needs to present this Excel file to others for whatever reason, they first have to go into the file and completely format it so that it is presentable. The Formatted Bidder List found under the Reports tab for a given Project is okay, but it doesn't contain as much information as the Bidder Status Sheet.
Problem: The bidder list export is a raw data dump that is not client-ready.
Impact: Client must spend significant time reformatting the spreadsheet into a presentable PDF, which defeats the purpose of automation.
Example: A single company with multiple contacts appears as separate, unlinked rows. Would be nice to have a collapsable heading.
Desired Outcome: A pre-formatted export that is immediately usable for client review.
