The new authenticator process needs to be changed in terms of bidding. If you have any experience with HARD bids, they have a very specific deadline. Typical rule of thumb is 2:00pm which means if I submit by 2:01 my bid is deemed nonresponsive and thrown in the trash. In my experience, I can expect to receive a straggler by 1:55pm. My heartburn with the new process has to do with timing. I now need to enter my login, wait for an email, enter a code, then scan a QR code. On bid day this is not simple or fast. I cannot risk missing those last quotes. Is there a way to bypass this process for Building Connected? I can ask for bids by 12:00pm, however, if a subcontractor sees the spec that states 2:00pm, they wait. Utilizing your forum for bid leveling and printing bids has been extremely user friendly. Now it's getting too complex. Can we figure out a way to mitigate this issue?
