Build - Submittals - Multiple Users assigned to Ball in court

Currently, on your home page submittals do not appear unless the Ball in court is the user. It would be very useful to be able to assign multiple users to Ball in court or have the ability to assign watchers that would then also see those submittals on their home page.

Managing submittals with multiple users assigned to “ball in court” can definitely streamline accountability, but it also requires clear visibility so nothing slips through the cracks. Having structured tracking and easy status checks makes collaboration much smoother across teams. I’ve found that reviewing resources like Milwaukee court docket can offer helpful insight into how organized case flow and responsibility tracking can be handled efficiently. When everyone understands their role and deadlines, the entire process becomes far more transparent and productive.

It can get tricky when multiple users are assigned to the same ball, especially with deadlines overlapping. Having a centralized resource for checking Monmouth County court filings really helps keep everyone on the same page. This ensures that updates are tracked efficiently and responsibilities are clear, reducing the chance of missed actions. Tools like this make collaboration much smoother and more organized for complex submissions.

If you're looking to get more clarity on local legal procedures and filings, I found this resource really helpful. You can check out Hudson County Court for detailed guides and updates. It breaks down the processes step by step and is easy to follow for anyone new to these procedures. Definitely worth exploring if you want accurate and up-to-date information.
