On the Home Page of Build, it does not appear there is a way to omit "closed" items (RFIs, Submittals, Issues) under user's Assigned Work or Ball in Court on the main page.
Attached are examples of a closed item showing up under "assigned work" on the main page, as well as an example from the Submittal tab where one of the 3 items that it says are assigned is in fact closed.
I understand perhaps some clients may want to think of closed items as still "assigned", but it would be ideal if there was a way we could configure what "assigned" means or filter out statuses on the main home page. Or set our own "assigned" filters, for what shows up on the main page as "assigned" or "ball in court".
