Suggesting adding permission setting for Photos like in the folder structure to control and access and visibility and add manage assignment to other members rather than limiting the access to Project Admin only.
It will also be good to have a foldering/collection function to easily manage the uploaded Photos/Videos.
Currently photo renaming can only be done by Project Admins or the originator of the photo. Customers need a permission level in Photo's that give a small number of staff control to edit the photos without giving the Project Admin permissions. Today they are at a bit of a stand-still because the PA's don't have time to do this work, or the project knowledge. They are working to better train staff to name photo's properly, but in the long run need to permission level.
