Bid Forms – Need to have a place for “Internal Use Only” notes and quantities.
For Cost of Work plugs or additional cost plugs in addition to trade partner pricing that will not be included as part of the Trade Partner contract values, we still need to be able to track this information as part of the scope of work.
We also need to be able to verify the Trade Partners' quantities on the bid form with our own takeoff. It would be beneficial to have a private place to put our own takeoff to compare. Otherwise, the estimators will have to keep a secondary spreadsheet which creates additional work for us.
Business Case
Need the Bid Form to be a “one stop shop” where we can add our own notes and quantities, preventing fragmented workflows.
