We should be able to have access to all projects without having to be assigned to the project. Being assigned to every project is highly annoying as we get notifications to that project and are treated like a project member when Admins are not project members; we are IT and other professionals tasked with dealing with administrative and technical support for the actual project members.
Besides this issue, we should have the ability to act as any other user. This would give us better problem solving tools when people in the field are experiencing issues with Build as a platform, or user-error.
As an administrator, you sometimes get asked questions by other Build users about things that they cannot do.
There are other companies out there that provide this feature for their platforms in other fields, and it's no less needed in this one.
