We would like to be able to limit the possibilities of external parties more when creating issues.
We would like to release certain issue types for them so that all issues from customers can only be created with them.
In addition, they should only be able to assign issues to selected people/companies.
It should also be possible for a project admin to determine the possible statuses that can be selected when processing the issue
