The expectation for a user in the field to see a tiny Save option in the upper right-hand corner when on an iPad or iPhone screen in the glaring light is poor interface design. At the very least, the Save should be a larger blue button, like the +Create Issue button at the bottom of the screen AND the app should ask the user if they wish to save their outstanding change if they navigate off the screen. As well, in this use case, when the user clearly creates the Issue using the +Add button from within the Asset, the user obviously means for the Issue to be attached to the Asset. There should be no requirement to select a tiny Save button. It should automatically be attached to the Asset, the same way it automatically attaches an Issue on the web interface. This design should be improved ASAP.
