Auto Archiving

It would be nice to have a new feature in ACC to automatically set projects that have not been touched in a defined period of time from active to archived. 

This would take away the manual task to reduce the project lists. Admins would still have the option to go in and revert projects to active.

The none accessed period could be a setting. 3, 6, 9, 12 Months or user defined.
