I am creating assets on build, and it has turned to be a tedious process. There is a duplicate button but the problem with that is a couple of things.
1. You can't mass change the title of an asset when you are creating it. Which is weird to me because you can change the location and description in bulk when you highlight everything you want but not the title of it?
2. When you duplicate something the title of it becomes "copy of..." whatever the original title is. It is extremely counter intuitive because if I am duplicating something than I would like to be just that, it does not matter if it is a copy or not. Also, on that note it creates an infinite loop in the title saying, "copy of, copy of, copy of". It's a function that when first realized it was there, I was excited until I found out that it creates the same exact amount of work if not more.
I feel that there should be a copy and paste function and a permission to be able to mass name change assets as I am creating them on my sheets. It will make things go so much faster and simpler.
This program has proved to help so much on our projects, and I very much enjoy using it, but I believe that these changes would make the asset side of things so much easier. If build already has these functions that I am not aware about I would love to be taught them!
