Assets should be linked to individual schedule activities with the notification feature

Hi,

I am expecting a feature on ACC Build related to Assets. In ACC we have the Assets feature under the Build. In real life, all the Assets require some maintenance activities to be performed at some regular intervals. We can list out these individual maintenance activities in the Schedule option available on ACC. Once we list all the activities, we can link these individual schedule activities to the Assets related to it. So, when the dates for the maintenance activities are scheduled, it should give an email notification all the assignees who are assigned / responsible for doing that maintenance activity.

So basically, here I want to two features: 

1. We should be able to add individual schedule activities / tasks to individual assets and not the whole schedule.

2. Once the dates for the maintenance activities are nearing or on the date of the activity, it should give a notification to the responsible assignee that the task is due for today or in coming days.

You can already do this with APS (Autodesk Platform Services). You can get asset data and, with Power Automate or other software, create an automatic flow for notifications when assets need to be maintained.
