We need to keep a full record of every file/sheet that was uploaded to the platform throughout a project, in case of contractual disputes or other issues. Currently the As-Built Export in Build only enables export of the latest version of a file. This needs to include every version.
Each version of each file should be downloaded into the zip folders, with '_v1, _v2, _v3' added to the end of the file name so we can look back at the activity log (coming soon?) to work out when it was uploaded/modified etc.
This is an absolute necessity please to ensure we are contractually compliant, and also compliant with the UK Building Safety Act 2022 golden thread requirements.
