Allow users to nominate a temporary delegate during absences

Allow users to nominate a temporary delegate during absences

Users should be able to specify a delegate for assignments (reviews, meeting action items,  issues, RFIs, etc) for a specific time period, e.g. during longer absences.

 

Delegation is a common practice in systems that manage assignments, and implementing this would significantly improve efficiency, prevent delays, and reduce the need for manual intervention to reassign tasks.
