Allow to combine docs and build menu in a single menu

We almost only use build. People with a build license will automatically have a Docs license also.
Why cant we have a single menu (left pane) with selected options that we want available for our users?
Ideally: in a project template let us setup what sections are available, whether they are for docs or build?
For Docs-only users that will automatically revert to only the docs-sections to be available but for the Build users that would save them the effort between switching between docs and build for just those few sections that are only availble in docs (like review).

I agree with this idea. We have very few work-flows where users use Docs, and having a seperate section for a set of tools we don't really use leads to confusion from our less tech forward users,  they get lost and think their permissions changed or Autodesk is down.

I don't understand the idea of having them separated at all. I was hoping that they'd actually streamline the process from BIM360 on ACC and keep everything in one but no, they just renamed the modules and called it a day. Most projects use Reviews as Submittals don't allow as much flexibility so you have members having to use both the Docs and Build modules and regularly switch between the two to get information from one and another. Autodesk, just combine the two finally!!
