Hello. We have added a custom attribute to the Contract SOV. Because retainage laws vary, and retainage on Labor items may be different than retainage on Material items, we need to specify an amount of retainage on each when create the SOV. This retainage amount is integrated to our ERP (CMiC), and integrated again into our Billing Platform, Textura. We will use this custom attribute even when we don't have varying retainage %s to apply. This is a small yet critical detail we capture for every Contract.
