Currently in ACC Sheets, a single Version Set (for example Rev 00) can only have one issuance date, as the system does not allow duplicate version set names or multiple issuance dates under the same revision set. This becomes challenging when consultants submit drawings in batches under the same revision number but on different issuance dates, which is quite common in large construction projects. As a result, revision tracking may become less accurate and users are forced to adopt alternative naming conventions, such as adding discipline identifiers or batch suffixes (e.g., SAN_00, SAN_R1), just to differentiate issuance dates while maintaining the original revision reference. While this workaround helps maintain traceability, it is not ideal and may complicate revision structure and documentation clarity. It would be helpful if ACC could allow multiple issuance dates within a single version set or introduce a sub-batch issuance tracking feature, so revision control can better reflect actual project workflows.
