Allow Mark-Ups in Files Using Mobile Web Browser

In the review process or approval workflow of Autodesk Docs, every time the reviewer receives an email using mobile device about an action item, clicking the button leads to the mobile web browser. The problem is that the reviewer couldn't provide markups in the file. The markup tools show up. However, they couldn't be placed on the pdf. Tapping anywhere just selects the whole page. Also, when doing hold and drag, it just pans the page. This issue occurs both on Android and iOS. Additionally, this workflow works fine in BIM 360. The problem is only encountered in ACC.

Also... Is there an ability to mark up drawings in the ACC App for iOS?

Hi @jbullCZK7H. Yes, markup tools work fine in ACC app for iOS.

The markup is not working properly in the review workflow (on mobile device, iPad), despite the markup tools are available on the screen. You can even add the text or call out box, but it pops in a random spot on the document. Cannot move/ align the published/ unpublished markup to the right location on the screen. Something is not working. Is there setting somewhere?
