Allow creating naming standard with only attribute required or having a separate option to create attribute standard

Sometimes we don't really care about the file name but we want to make sure the metadata (attribute) is being captured correctly, therefore we need to make the metadata required. Currently we can do that only with addition to defining a naming standard. If you can enable creating a naming standard only with attributed required or adding maybe additional option to just simply create attribute standard that can be applied to folders, would solve the problem.
The file name by itself can be less and less important in the future and metadata (attributes) bring more value and is so I think it'd make sense to have this option. Thanks.

Could be as simple as to allow saving the standard with only 'Related attributes' selected.

In addition to this request:

When selecting attributes for the Naming Convention, it is possible to add the values of these attributes to the filename and have them populated automatically when uploading the file.

Can something similar be done for the Related Attributes? They would be at the end of the filename and should be stripped of the filename once the attributes have been populated.

These functionality enhancements will give us much better tools to manage document metadata, a pain in the backside for many document management systems.
