I am a Senior Document Controller/Information Manager and have worked on many CDEs (4Projects, Aconex, Asite etc etc) over many many years. On all other CDEs I have been an Administrator on - which is all of them, I have always been able to override the system in case of error. However, on a project we have with ACC 4 forms were accidentally 'Approved' but they shouldn't have been. As a result of this system I cannot override the decision. I appreciate that one doesn't want the Users to be able to do this but usually Administrators should have 'super powers' for this situation - otherwise one error can now lead to further errors as opposed to correcting it at the time.
