Additional notifications to Project Admins

It would be great for Project Admins to receive notification:

• When new members are added to a project
• when a role is assigned or removed to/from a project member
• When the permissions in FILES or any other ACC tools have been changed

This will assist Project Admins with better overall control of project members roles and permissions with the project.

Yes, Project Admins need to be aware of what other Project Admins are changing.  The above suggested simple notifications will be very useful.
