Adding New Member to a Project in ACC/BIM360

Adding New Member to a Project in ACC/BIM360

When adding new users on the ACC or BIM360 platforms, it is necessary to add them individually by logging into each project. In the account management section, we request the creation of a dashboard structure where users can be assigned to projects in bulk (by ticking them). Do you have any alternative methods to simplify this process?

Actually, I’ve been experiencing the same problem for a long time as well. I didn’t post anything on the forums because I thought no one else was having this issue. But it seems that many people are complaining about the same thing. I hope there’s a solution we’re not aware of.

I’m experiencing the same issue with adding new members to projects in ACC/BIM360. Managing users one by one is very inefficient. A bulk user assignment feature would be highly beneficial. Hopefully Autodesk will address this soon.

This spesific problem is occuring every time. It's unfortunately big waste of time, and is very easy to solve I guess for a big company like Autodesk. I hope it will be fixed very soon, thanks!

There is whole, quite old, and very popular topic(to be honest the most popular) on this case and Autodesk simply doesn't care.

In a way this can already be achieved through the API nodes. Yet this would be very beneficial on the ACC hubs directly too. Especially when managing multiple hubs. Yet this is with caution, this will only work if all projects on the corresponding hub(s) are structured the same way regarding access rights
