Give a stakeholder (eg Architecture Office or Subcontractor) a link to input the required fields for adding members. This will save time for the project admins having to add multiple users continuingly. Once the information is inputted, the users submits, the project admin then just gets a notification to approve or reject and then the users are added to the project.
