Hi there, currently the modules like RFI and Submittals have workflow templates that help streamline and standardize processes across projects. However, the Forms feature doesn’t yet support this kind of customizable workflow, which I think could be a great enhancement.
Forms are widely used for different site activities, safety checklists, inspection reports, daily logs, quality reviews, etc. Having the ability to set up workflow templates for these forms would bring huge value by:
Helping standardizing review and approval processes
Automated routing based on roles or form type
Improve tracing and accountability
Saving time for project teams by reducing repetitive manual steps
It would also help align the Forms module more closely with how workflows function in other ACC tools, making it feel like a more integrated and powerful part of the platform.
