Every time when we add new member to project, we always have to send them separate email 'Welcome to project xxx' that goes like this:
Dear Project Member,
Welcome to Project XXX XXX ACC Platform!
Activate your ACC account by clicking on ‘Activate your membership’ button in separate invitation email (example in attachment).
Invitation link is valid for 7 days!
I am sending important documents to help you get started on our project:
1. Document Control Standard (hyperlink)
2. Org charts (hyperlink)
3. Project directory (hyperlink)
4. ACC Toolkit: Guideline for the general use of the project platform (hyperlink)
5. Naming Standard: all documents must comply with those standards (hyperlink)

7. Guidelines: You can find guidelines about uploading documents, creation of RFIs, creation of technical submittals etc. (hyperlink)

I would like ´Welcome to project email´ option to be added when we are adding new members.
I would like ´Welcome to project email´ to be added to templates in Account admin so we can create different 'Welcome to project email´ templates, for example: general, client team, EHS, consultants, subcontractors, CSA, electrical, mechanical, commissioning.
Then I could write different ´ 'Welcome to project emails´ per discipline.
On Project admin level we could edit and define 'Welcome to project email´ templates that were created in account admin level.
Every time when I am adding new member, I could select one of templates to send. Or none if we have somebody who is already added to multiple projects.
I need attachments, screenshots and hyperlinks to be available in this email.
