It could be useful to have the option to add several subitems to a form when filling out.
Ex: you are checking 3-30 components and needs to fill in some information regarding each component.
Could be like 3.1.1, 3.1.2 etc...
Attached example is for electrical components.
Would be better with the option to have a few columns with info and then be able to add more lines when needed. Would also made it easier to get the data out later in Power BI/Insight Builder.
