Add Option to Attach Issue Attachments to Export

After Exporting an issue from Build you are unable to see the attachments that are connected to the issue without opening them in a separate tab. If you needed to send them to someone in one PDF file you would have to download everything and combine the PDFs. A solution for this would be to have to PDFs open at the bottom of the page in the same file.

Currently, exporting Issues (WIR/MRI) places drawings/images under “References,” so you must click through and open ACC to view them. Can we have an option to embed/merge these attachments inside the exported report PDF instead of only linking them? This would let us send one complete file with the relevant drawings included.
