On the bid leveling tab in Building Connected, it would be helpful to have a box where the primary reviewer for that bid package could add notes for any other secondary reviewers at the top of each bid submission to indicate current status of bid review, or other significant info. This might include things like the following:
- Incomplete bid - missing miscellaneous metals
- waiting for updated pricing on steel frames
- does not have proper certifications
- used non-approved manufacturer
- scope review is complete
- EMR is high
- Plug added for Stair tower
- Bidder was uncooperative
- MBE/WBE Status
